3. Donkey kicks Lower Back Pain Lower Abdominal Pain Frequent Urination

This is an additional glutes exercise action that doubles as a lower-back helper.
How to do it: Come down on your hands as well as knees, with your hands straight over your shoulders. Elevate up your ideal leg, keeping your knee at a 90-degree angle, until your leg is alongside the ground. Slowly lower it pull back to the ground. Repeat for 90 seconds, then change legs.
